Top 10 Episodes From The 1992 X-Men Animated Series

While not as impactful as the Batman Animated Series, the 1992 X-Men animated series is about as nostalgic as it gets. For my generation, this was the foundation of our love for X-Men: Cyclops. Storm. Wolverine. Jean Grey. Beast. Rogue. Gambit. *cough* Jubilee *cough*. Let’s face it, she was annoying, and totally ripped off April O’Neil’s yellow jacket. But other than Jubilee, this show shaped who the modern X-Men were. We can talk all day about the MCU and DCEU, but the longest superhero franchise still going 16 years strong is Fox’s X-Men universe. None of these franchises exist without that film in 2000, which changed the superhero genre forever. In turn, that 2000 movie would never exist without this series from the ’90s. So you might say The Dark Knight and the MCU owe a huge debt of gratitude to this show. I don’t think that’s a crazy leap in logic.

With X-Men: Apocalypse out this week, what better time to give this series the proper honor it deserves with the TOP 10 EPISODES OF THE 90’S X-MEN SERIES.  Oh yeah, we’re going heavy nostalgia today.  There will be spoilers abound, and this is really a series you should seek out, FYI.

What better way to kick off the list than with this…
